She explained everything very well, helped me pick out new glasses. I even bought another pair that would be just for work. It was just the best experience you could have! I felt very thoroughly looked after.

I was having some issues with my insurance but they were all so helpful, positive & patient. I got it sorted eventually with their help! Shout out to the lovely human with pink lensed glasses who helped; not only with my test but with my Insurance issue & an IT issue too!!! Special shout out to KC who was so helpful, friendly & really great with helping me choose a pair of glasses. Loved how she asked what my parameters were and quickly found a pair for me! Her suggestions & all round friendly persona mixed with her humour was awesome! Credit where credit is due!! Thank you for a (strangely) enjoyable appointment!!

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
