- KMKayla MarieAug 7, 20261.0This location needs to go over policies with their employees. I live in Duncan, an hour away. I always have 2 pairs of my exact same glasses at the same time. I sat on my newest pair, and so I claimed my protection plan. I went in to claim it, they ordered new ones and no one told me I was to give them the broken ones. They let me leave with the broken ones that day, and now I drive an hour to pick up the new ones and they tell me I have to provide them the broken ones. Well that would’ve been great to know so I could have brought them. So they made me leave my back up pair as collateral. So until I have time to drive an hour back to Nanaimo I am without a back up pair. So I break them, I cannot work, I cannot drive etc. unacceptable, if this is your policy you should have kept the broken ones when I ordered the warranty ones. I will be contacting head office
