  The personal in their office in the Connect Hearing Nanaimo - North was the best I have ever gone to! The personal were extremely excellent, very knowledgeable, very pleasant, very friendly, extremely smart, and the best company for dealing with my hearing. If one needs hearing help, this is the company and the location to help you. I strongly recommend them!!!!

  lol so after missing an appointment because life is a little hectic right now I feel they deserve a 5 star review. Not that they don't deserve it as they have been very polite and easy to work with. All my questions were answered and the testing was professional and well done. Face it here in Nanaimo we are a Mecca for old folks as many of us like me wind up here when we are in our golden years. I wish our healthcare in general was better but for those of us with hearing issues Connect Hearing in North Nanaimo is a great choice. Convenient location for me and I'm not "that" old so the ability to pay monthly for 3 years and then upgrade at no penalty is handy. You may pay a bit more but the technology is rapidly advancing so I did want the option to upgrade.

  Pleased I chose Mani Rahnama to fit me with my first hearing aids. He was patient, answered all my many questions to my satisfaction and his follow-up was more than I expected. I also appreciate that there was no pressure to buy more expensive aids. I got what I needed at a good price.
