  I had the best experience at Specsavers in mission. All the staff were incredibly friendly, I had to reschedule my appointment and they remembered me the next time I came in. The optometrist was great and the staff were helpful in choosing frames and explaining the costs.

  Because of their OCT Scan they were able to find that something was wrong with my right eye and sent me to a specialist who found out that I have had glaucoma for 5 to 10 years and none of the other optometrists had caught it

  Josh and Chloe are a stellar combo for the eyewear shopping experience. They're honest and like to make the best of the time you spend in their shop. And the fact they like to laugh and have a good time with it is a huge bonus. The doctor was quick but thorough and very informative! If you need an eye test done and or to purchase eyeware, specsavers in mission should certainly be your first choice. Thanks guys!

  I was a bit grumpy about having to get glasses and wasn’t looking forward to it, but Chloe and Vicky made the whole experience so pleasant and painless. I don’t even like wearing sunglasses, since I find they never fit quite right. When I came to pick up my glasses, Chloe was really patient about making a bunch of small tweaks to the fit until they were perfect. She suggested not just tightening them, but curling the temples around my ears, which she did while Vicky tightened the other pair. They were both so friendly, and I really appreciated how well they worked together. I never felt like I had been assigned to just one person, and I never had to wait around for anyone’s attention. Everyone was ready to help at a moment’s notice. The best part was that the friendliness didn’t feel fake. The price for two pairs was really reasonable. I thought it would be more, but they had a generous two-for-one sale on. I never felt pressured to spend money, they just explained what I needed to know. I valued their good, honest feedback. Vicky must have watched me try on at least 40 different pairs as we narrowed it down, then talked through my favourites with me. Chloe and the other gentleman, whose name I didn’t get, also took time to come over and weigh in. During that first visit, when I was getting my prescription and choosing the glasses, people kept walking by and saying hello. Since the location is inside the Superstore, you can tell a lot of regular customers pass through. It gave the place a neighbourly feeling, and I’m clearly not the only one who enjoyed my time there. In short: I came in not wanting glasses at all, and I left in a good mood, feeling well taken care of. I’d strongly recommend them.
