This Clinic, till recently was Called Bow Valley Hearing. but with changes they are now Connect Hearing. My previous provider was also Connect Hearing. The reason I changed stores is that my wife was recommended by her friend to this Mission Clinic. I changed as it is a shorter driving and my wife really liked the service that this Clinic provided to her. I have had nothing but good services from all the providers at this clinic, although I have been handled and treated by all of the Clinic staff it is Lacey that has been my main caretaker. My last visit was July 7th 2021. This appointment was scheduled for a follow-up on my new hearing aids that received 3 months ago. At this appointment Lacey updated the hearing aids to a new computer update. I have every thing good to say about ALL the staff at this Mission Connect Hearing Clinic, from Barbra at the front desk, Zar that locks you up in hearing sound chamber and Lacey whom I have had a good repour with since I first met her. I recommend that if you are in need of Hearing Aids or want replace your time expired one's you cannot find a better provider that this Connect Mission Clinic.
