  I had an excellent experience at Connect Hearing in MR. Elizabeth is a true professional who goes above and beyond. She listens carefully, is patient, and knowledgeable. Trust her expertise to recommend the right hearing aids for you. She kindly devoted her time and expertise during follow-up sessions to meet my specific needs. She introduced me to Phonak accessories like TV Connector, Roger On V3 microphone which were incredibly helpful. She and her friendly, helpful staff made me always feel welcome and comfortable. Overall I highly recommend Connect Hearing. Thank you for a great service!

  I have received five years of excellent service with hearing tests, hearing aid instruction and physical maintenance. This office and its products run (as it's said) like a swiss watch

  I have had 3 sets of hearing aids from this company over the last several years. All employees are knowledgeable, patient, and quick to fix problems if they occur. Elizabeth has always available to respond to questions or concerns. Excellent service. Great product.

  I was given s test and told that i have dune hearing loss for which she recommended hearing aids, sitting me that my coverage was excellent and i could get any type. When asked for a copy of the results of my hearing test, she said it was free of i bought the hearing aids, but would cost me $50 of I just wanted to compare costs. I'm my view, these are my rsults, so I should be able to take them. The reluctance to give them to me makes me very suspicious. I'll be checking with other places to see whether they have the same "policy".
