  I cannot recommend my flexologist Jivan enough. After struggling with PMR for years, my body had become severely restricted and curled up. Thanks to her expertise, I've regained my mobility and freedom of movement. Our sessions are genuinely enjoyable—she's not only highly knowledgeable but also takes a sincere interest in getting to know her clients. Her warm, friendly approach makes every appointment feel like catching up with a friend rather than a clinical visit.

  Courtney is absolutely fantastic, she has been able to drastically increase my mobility and range of motion, more importantly decreasing my chronic pain. I am so impressed with her excellent ability to read and know exactly what it needed! I highly recommend Courtney!
