  I have been suffering for about a month with some Pretty severe leg pain. Jivan listened to my concerns, took my history and focused on the areas that I was most worried about. I was shocked at how much relief I experienced it's like they have the keys to all the places your body is locked. 10/10 fully recommend looking forward to more sessions!

  Just had my first stretch experience at strechlab. Emi did a fantastic job— explaining the movements and guiding so it was comfortable, yet very effectively stretching my tightness out :) Recommend!

  I had such a wonderful, warm, and welcoming experience at the StretchLab Langley location. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the manager, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable right away, and it honestly felt like I had known her for years. I had my first session with Casey, and I wasn’t quite sure what a stretching session could do for my body. I was absolutely blown away. Casey was knowledgeable, kind, and supportive throughout the entire appointment. She worked with me in a way that targeted areas of my body that desperately needed attention while always staying within a level that felt comfortable given my history of injuries. I left feeling better than I have in a long time. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment. Highly recommend!
