- TPTom PankratzAug 5, 20261.0Dr prescribed zepbound over 3 months. I had difficulty with the delivery pen...medicine was present but pen wasn't working. Manager told me it was air. It wasn't. Manager told me it was outdated...supposed to be delivered in one month. It was supposed to be three. Manager said it would cost me $700 to replace. I find that unsatisfactory.
