  I love the staff and service at this location! Jinus was so helpful with my glasses and in getting a warranty replacement organized. I am super happy with the experience and they win a new customer in my mom who was with me that day! Thank you !!

  I have had trouble finding frames to fit my petite face. I received good service and a small frame suggestion from the sales staff at Pearl Vision in Langley. The glasses were ready on time but there was an unexpected issue with the progressive lenses, and it was determined by the Store Manager, Ken, that I needed to select a different frame. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding a solution that worked for me. He communicated clearly and kept me informed on the status of a sample frame being brought into the store for my consideration. I ordered a replacement pair of glasses with this new frame and they were delivered within a week. There was no pressure for me to keep the 2nd pair if I wasn't satisfied and it was made clear that the money back guarantee would still be honoured. I did keep the 2nd pair and I am very happy with them. I thought of giving a 4-star rating due to the technical issue, but I decided on 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service received from Ken. I recommend Pearl Vision!

  Dr. Kim was fantastic. He conducted a very thorough exam and took the time to explain everything clearly while offering excellent advice on choosing the right glasses and lenses. He spent over half an hour with me, ensuring all my questions were answered. The rest of the staff at Pearle Vision were also incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend both Dr. Kim and this location.

  Ken was so helpful at my visit this week! He helped me find 2 pairs of glasses and I was able to get them ordered. Myself and my parents have all gotten our glasses here in the last year or so, and we have all been so pleased with the service and the selection of frames. Other places will not do much in the way of helping you find something that will suit your face shape and preferences, but the staff here always do a great job.

  I had a really wonderful shopping experience here yesterday. We were greeted when we entered and then no one bothered us while we were trying on frames other than to let us know there were some more options on one of the drawers. When I was ready with questions, a sales associate was easy to flag down and she helped me price out my options, offered me a discount and even checked my insurance coverage to give me a more accurate estimate of what my out of pocket cost would be. I wish more businesses would allow for this. I hate being bombarded by sales people and I will even leave without looking further if they are too "helpful" Nice job Pearl vision!
