The quality of their glasses and lenses is excellent, which is why I keep coming back - and the entire staff is always welcoming and helpful. A special thank you to Prab, who went above and beyond to help me find the right pair. On my first visit, she was kind and patient as I tried transition lenses for the first time. When I came back two weeks later to exchange them because the frames felt too heavy, she made the process completely smooth and comfortable. She never made me feel awkward about the exchange and spent over 30 minutes helping me try different styles until we found the perfect pair. Truly great customer service - thank you, Prab!
