- MMmalkeetsinghOct 23, 20261.0I has apppointmwnt for my 2 kids for 3pm and 3:15pm and unfortunately we got stuck in traffic and reached 15min late from forst appointment and we were told we are late and they have to reachedule us. I told them I had to take half day off from work to reach here but They are not at all accomodating.. They will make parients wait for their turn for 30+min and they cannot accomodate if prient is late. We tried calling them repeatedly on our way to let them know we are late. They kept us waiting for 15min on phone and someone picked and told she will inform and did not asked or told us if we are late then some specified time they are going to reschedule us. we would have turned back. the lady at reception for eye exams was very rude and did not had any empathy to politely ask to see if she can accommodate us. We were their customer but today I really got pissed off and never going back to them. Just because they way the lady at reception didnt treated us well.
