  I would have given 5 stars had great service from Amandeep, the inconvenience is that we ordered 3 pairs of glasses at the same time and paid for same time but they do not send your glasses at the same time. So when we got text ready went to pick up and my sunglasses were not shipped so had to go there twice and that was inconvenient.

  horrible experience when ordering replacement lenses. I was given an ETA of 2 weeks. I understand it takes time for products to come in. Upon arrival of lenses, the lenses were defective. The staff tried to slip me defective lenses (they knew the lens was defective) If I hadn't noticed. Upon observation they didn't even apologize and just said to email the corporate. The corporate didn't own the mistake and simply told to follow up with the store. The store gave me time for another 2 weeks for the replacements to come in. It is expected better of company of such a scale. Update: Already contacted the customer care form 2 weeks ago but no response.

  I've worn glasses for 25+ years. When replacing glasses , I always buy the best lenses, coatings etc, and take the protection plan. Today after hanging out on my patio something called crazing happened to my lens. When I called, I was told that there isn't a life time warranty on the coatings, that my protection expired (insurance company confirmed claimed dated Aug 2024) and that I don't have the best Crizal coatings. I have never experienced crazing of the coatings, and it's not even hot out yet. I was told $1400 to replace the exact lens that I have. I suspect a defect in the product or application. Very annoyed, these glasses aren't even 2 years old yet. Update July 2026. I did receive a call from a manager who sympathized with the situation. His offer was to provide half off for the replacement lens at a $700 cost to me. I didn't find that acceptable and went to a competitor glasses store. I paid much less than what lens crafters offered me. When they were doing their measurements, the lady asked if I had any trouble seeing with my glasses. From the beginning I couldn't see properly and after adjustments was told that I needed to get accustomed to the new more powerful prescription. The truth is that lens crafters reserved my pupils, no wonder I couldn't see right. My new lens are way better. I think that it is appropriate for lens crafters to refund in full the amount that I paid for these lens due to inferior coatings or poor application of the coatings, and for not producing lenses according to my presentation. Call me to make the arrangements for the refund.
