  Mens bathroom will be a flooded poop floor once a week. Their plumbers installed non commercial , non code complying toilets in that overflow daily from protein 💩 . Other the that only one fly machine that's lined up.

  Best gym in Langley for environment, cleanliness, and equipment options. It's almost been a year since I've signed up to this location, I was completely out of shape when my best friend dragged me out to go work out with him. It wasn't long before I was back into the swing of things, making progress again. I was shy at the start, uncertain about my capabilities, but I can say with confidence that if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff and the relaxed atmosphere inside, I wouldn't have seen the gains I've gotten over the past year span. I really appreciate what this gym has done to improve my life, it gave me a place to go to relieve stress and to take care of myself. It also has introduced me to some great friends and acquaintances. I've included photos just to show my progress since signing up to Fitness World, I'm very proud of the results.

  Honestly, this is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to\. The facility is great, the atmosphere is motivating, and the overall environment makes you actually look forward to coming in and working out\. I also want to give special recognition to the people who work at the front desk Everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and professional, but Emily deserves a special mention She is always incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, and she makes you feel welcome every time you walk through the door . Her positive attitude and great customer service really stand out It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about the members and take pride in creating a great experience A great gym is more than just equipment—it’s also about the people and the atmosphere, and this place definitely gets both right Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great gym with excellent facilities, a positive atmosphere, and an amazing team

  Very disappointed with the cancellation process, canceled my membership and paid for the 30 day notice but membership was never cancelled even with the cancellation form sent to me as confirmation :/ (a family member had the same problem as well) As for the gym itself, its clean and provides engaging classes

  I went in because I was interested in getting a membership and just wanted a quick tour and to learn about the pricing before making a decision. Instead, I had to fill out a form with all my personal information and have my photo taken before even getting the tour. The tour itself was fine, and the first staff member explained everything clearly. While we were talking afterward, another staff member jumped in and went over everything all over again, which was frustrating. She seemed very focused on closing the deal and was extremely pushy about getting the three of us to sign up right away. She kept emphasizing that the normally $99 enrollment fee was only $1 “today” and that the promotion ended that day, and repeatedly asked why we weren’t signing up at that moment. We simply wanted to go home, think it over, and decide if we wanted to make that commitment. The funny part is, we were actually considering coming back, but the pushy sales approach was the reason we decided not to. Because of that lady. We ended up signing up with another gym where the staff were much friendlier, welcoming, and not pushy at all. The facility here also felt uncomfortable, it was extremely hot, with very little air circulation, and there was a strange smell.
