Amazing experience! As a first time gym member I felt comfortable from day one. The entire staff from the front desk - RJ , Joe to the trainers, is friendly, welcoming, and supportive. A special shoutout to my trainer Weston 😊he's knowledgeable, motivating and knows exactly how to push you to achieve your goals. Highly recommend!
I usually enjoy the atmosphere of this gym, but during one of my recent visits, I overheard a staff member (manager?) yelling at others on her team in quite a negative and rather derogatory manner that made my visit extremely uncomfortable. While my workout was uninterrupted, the fact that staff at this location seem to be mistreated doesn’t sit well with me. Others working on her team should be treated with respect and dignity, which was not communicated in this manager’s tone. Otherwise a usually clean and well-maintained location.
I came in for a tour earlier this week and was helped by Nick, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fantastic tour, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable. I’d give Nick 5 stars, give that man a raise!
Unfortunately, my experience went downhill immediately afterward. The female manager Danny I think her name was stepped in, took over the conversation, and began asking me many of the same questions Nick had already covered. It felt very sales-driven and pushy. I had only planned to try the gym for a few days before deciding whether to sign up, but I felt pressured to commit on the spot. Instead of feeling excited to join, I ended up feeling uncomfortable and walked out without purchasing anything.
During that same visit, I also witnessed management speaking to employees at front desk in a way that came across as unprofessional. It made for an uncomfortable atmosphere and wasn’t something I’d expect to see as a potential new member.
The gym itself seemed nice, and Nick was excellent if you do check this place out ask for nick but sadly the high-pressure sales approach and overall management experience completely changed my impression.

I love the experience at this gym! They have an app where you can book appointments with a personal trainer, as well as classes like yoga, dance, zumba, and more. You can also track your progress right from the app, which makes it super easy to stay on top of your goals.
The personal trainers are extremely well trained and always ready to help. The gym is also very complete when it comes to equipment and it even has massage chairs that are amazing for recovery after a workout.
A special shoutout to Daniela, who showed me around the gym and explained all the benefits included with the membership. She made the whole experience even better!

Avoid this place. On June 2nd, the staff used intense high-pressure sales tactics to trap me into a personal training package, completely ignoring my explanation that the gym environment triggers my anxiety. The manager cornered me behind the desk and explicitly promised a 100% money-back guarantee, stating I would get "every single penny" back if I cancelled within 10 days. This was a lie. I cancelled everything well within the legal 10-day cooling-off window. Instead of honoring their word, the manager played games and only issued a partial refund.I have saved every single email as evidence and have officially filed a dispute with my credit card company to get the rest of my money back. Fitness World, your greed didn't just lose you a customer—it earned you a formal credit card dispute and a public warning about how you scam people. Shameful.
