I’ve been struggling to stay consistent with my fitness routine, so I decided to get help from a personal trainer for a few sessions. Joe and Trixie were both incredibly helpful on my goal of improving my strength and helped me creating training programs that were personalized to my needs and fitness level.
From my experience, Trixie was especially knowledgeable, patient, and very considerate throughout our training sessions. She always made sure I was comfortable while still motivating me to push myself and improve. I’ve definitely noticed positive changes in my strength and overall fitness, and the training has been very effective for me.
The gym environment was also welcoming (shoutout to Rajan) and supportive, which made it easier to stay motivated and enjoy the process. If we weren’t moving, I would absolutely continue booking more sessions because I genuinely felt the progress and enjoyed the experience.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and supportive personal training!
Nick on the front desk is the man ! Hes there everyday greeting people with a big smile. Some of the female staff, not so much they barely look at you lol good gym overall pretty clean
Great gym/equipment, great environment, great lighting. Also just wanted to shoutout nick at the front desk, dude's a nice guy, and always greets you soon as you walk in and is super helpful, also one time my car battery died and he jump started it with his bare hands Jk he got me a shaker, which is pretty much equivalent but for real, this gym is def worth the drive if you're coming from surrey or if you are not from the area.

I really love this gym. It has a great atmosphere and plenty of machines to choose from. While some of the more popular equipment can be hard to snag during peak hours, for the most part, availability is fine and I can get my workout done without much trouble.
I’ve also noticed some really positive changes over the past few months. The music volume has been lowered to a much more comfortable level, there seems to be better attention given to fixing broken machines promptly, and the bathroom is finally fully functioning. Cleaning wipes are now always available.
The front desk atmosphere has also improved; the greetings used to feel a bit selective, but the staff has been much more welcoming lately
However, there are two main areas that definitely need improvement:
Bike Rack Access: I often bike to the gym, but the path to the bike stands is frequently blocked by motorcycles parked right in the middle of the way. I’ve requested that staff post signage or speak to people parking incorrectly, but so far, it doesn't seem like much has been done to address this. It’s a frustrating hurdle when you're just trying to get inside.
Merchandise Stock: The gym merchandise has been out of stock for over a month now. I’ve checked with the employees, but no updates when things will be back. I was hoping to grab some gear here, but at this point, I'll likely just buy my gym t-shirts and shorts elsewhere.
Overall, it's a solid place to train with a good equipment selection, but a little more attention to facility access and retail management would go a long way!

Overall, I am satisfied with the gym facilities. However, I signed up because they were offering a promotion with no registration fee, and I wanted to try it for just one month before deciding whether to continue.
Unfortunately, the registration fee was charged to my card in the second month, and I later found out that cancellation requires a 30-day notice.
This was not clearly explained, and it felt misleading. To be honest, it left me feeling somewhat deceived.
