He created a relaxed and friendly environment，so my children felt comfortable and completed their eye exams without any stress. The receptionist was very amiable and kind when I was asking for the details of the store location. I have to say it was very fortunate to have Dr. Chai exam my eyes. He is an amazing doctor! Super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. He fully understands my situation and provides his insightful advice on the follow-up. Great experience and nice conversation with smiles.
