  Been trying to get in to one I always go to in Coquitlam never realized there was one in walnut grove area .came in after 430 to get my hearing aid cleaned and wow meleana took care of it I can hear 100 % better

  Secretary was extremely friendly and helpful. Claire the audiologist was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. between the two of them they provided us all the information we needed to move forward in making the best decision for hearing aids.

  I have some tinnitus, which is always there, but does not bother me too much. It does impair my high frequency hearing plus at 76 years old my hearing has deteriorated. I went to connect hearing and they determined that my hearing at higher frequencies was poor and that hearing aids would help me. I struggled for a few months, but found them quite irritating and after a few office visits Connect Hearing made some custom fitted ear pieces and they are fairly good in terms of comfort. My main concern is that I don’t find any real improvement in my hearing ability. I feel I was pushed into purchasing these hearing aids and regret spending the significant cost. The two-month trial passed quickly while I was dealing with the comfort issues. Connect Hearing were very professional, but I think their object is to sell hearing aids, whether they will help you or not. I was told that they would do a six month and a one-year follow-up, but I have had them for 9.5 months and still not six-month check-up, perhaps they will call me at one year. My advice is to make sure they provide some benefit and don't be afraid of returning them within the 60 day trial.
