  Dr Claire Wu is outstanding in her knowledge and expertise. She was efficient in identifying my hearing needs and quickly providing suitable aids. Her kind and understanding demeanour immediately put me at ease and she always made me feel that my concerns were of utmost importance. Highly HIGHLY recommend her.

  Couldn't wish for better hospitality and service as well as super friendly. Recomend them to all those with hearing problems. Seem to be in a different world with these hearing devices.100% approval.

  If you are facing potential hearing loss I highly recommend this location. A lot of my worries were eradicated the minute I walked through the door. The receptionist is welcoming and professional. The waiting area and testing rooms are bright and modern without being too clinical. Most importantly the young lady who did my testing was very kind and understanding of my fears. She was thorough without being condescending - something that happens all too often when you're a senior. My only regret is that I forgot to get their names! Nonetheless, thank you both for taking care of me.
