Very friendly professional staff. From the time of my hearing test to when I got fitted with my new hearing aids. This is my second set of hearing aids from here and I would not go anywhere else. It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with my hearing loss with the staff here for over 8 years! Thank You! Kevin Baggs

🎸 Rock & Roll Saved My Ears (Eventually!) 🎸 I’m deaf because I listened to way too much rock and roll… and honestly, no regrets 🤘 But when it comes to keeping me hearing what I can, the team at Connect Hearing in Walnut Grove are absolute ROCK STARS. Anytime I need my hearing aids fitted, cleaned, adjusted, or rescued from whatever chaos I’ve put them through, they jump into action like a perfectly timed guitar solo. Fast, friendly, and always on point, their customer service blows the speakers off just about any other company I deal with. They’re professional without being boring, helpful without being pushy, and they genuinely care—which is rarer than a perfect live concert mix. If you want legendary service and a team that treats you like a VIP backstage pass, this is the place. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — encore, please!

I scheduled a hearing test and review with Christa Galick at Connect Hearing. As with all distressing medical conditions, I obtained a second verification from Costco Hearing Centre. The results from Costco were alarmingly different compared to Connect Hearing. Consultation with my family physician concerning the inconsistency, resulted in a referral and further test by a professional Endoscopic Sinus and Otolaryngology specialist. The conclusion was that the Connect Hearing test was absolutely accurate, whereas Costco’s test was inexplicable. I have had my Phonak L90 hearing aids from Connect Hearing for several months and am completely satisfied. I am astonished with the clarity in sound and the many diverse features they provide. The service from Christa Galick at Connect Hearing has been impeccable, with numerous follow-up visits and telephone calls. My initial contact with Connect Hearing was based on extensive research as well as consultation with individuals and professionals, which confirmed that the service level, quality, technology, performance and value were all beyond reproach.
