  The entire staff at the gym is unaware of the full terms and policies regarding the membership. While I acknowledge their professionalism, the payment process is completely confusing. I’ve called the gym five times and visited twice to cancel my personal training sessions and membership. Each time, I’ve been given a different explanation about the payment plans. One says I need to pay for PT sessions until my contract is signed, another claims I’ll be charged for an additional 30 days after cancellation, and yet another says I’ve paid off the full balance and my balance is now zero. This is unacceptable.

  Very impress with the friendly staff reception and how they were accommodating to an out of town friend. Loved the new machines and changes made in the gym. Very impressed.

  I am not one to leave Google reviews but, I’ve had such a great experience at this gym, and a huge part of that is because of Emma. She is extremely outgoing, welcoming, and always makes an effort to ensure every experience is positive. There have been a few times where I’ve had issues with my account, and Emma has consistently gone above and beyond to find a solution and accommodate the situation however she could. One thing I really appreciated was that on the one occasion where the issue was on the club’s end, Emma immediately took accountability on behalf of the gym, apologized sincerely, and had everything resolved quickly and professionally. That level of customer service is rare to find. I chat with her every now and then when I come in, and she is always efficient, friendly, and excellent at what she does. I would definitely recommend becoming a member at club16 Langley.

  The new management has been extremely disappointing. The way members are spoken to feels unwelcoming and disrespectful, which is sad to see at what used to feel like the flagship Club16 location. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way people are much more receptive when approached respectfully. It’s also very concerning to see the front desk staff being treated poorly. That kind of environment affects both employees and members. If Club16 doesn’t address this, I believe many longtime members will choose to leave. Please remember that members are people and deserve to be treated with basic respect. This used to be my favorite gym and location, but now I only come on days when this manager isn’t there.

  Honestly the gym is huge. It feels very spacious and all of the equipment is relatively new. It gets busy at times but so does every gym. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly and greet you on the way in and the way out. I had some questions and the girl at the front desk (I think her name was Andrea) was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Langley area. It's clean, the staff is great, and it's super affordable.
