  Instructors are well educated and skilled. I am guided to perform the movements safely and effectively as well as challenge myself. Very satisfied with my membership.

  I started at Club Pilates almost 2 years ago and was attending classes at least 6/7 times a week. They are running well over capacity now, you are on a waitlist for every class. The management and front desk people do not know what good customer service is supposed to be. There were a lot of rules that came into effect that were only applied to certain members, making this an unsafe space for me to go to. There was an incident in which I was rear ended on my way to a class, I didn’t want to get charged the no show or late-cancellation fee, so I called the studio. The front desk person answered and said “well, you might still get charged since its late.” No empathy for the fact that it was not my fault. For a place that considers themselves a gym, you are not allowed to arrive early to change or use the washrooms. They lock the door, so that you cannot enter the studio and must stand outside in the cold or sun. There are some amazing instructors at the studio, but there are also many new instructors who do not pay attention to detail when teaching. They lack vital skills that the advanced instructors have, and yet the experienced instructors are being removed from the schedule. I do not recommend this place.
