  3 times i made a request for an appointment through their online system and 3 times i got an email that says they've correctly received the request and 3 times no one has contacted me. Sure is weird when you want to give a business money and they don't contact you.

  I came in to the Langley amplifon after my son had made me an appointment once his friend metioned how well Ben had been with his father. I had a great experience, Ashley at the front desk was very kinda and accommodating helping me to fill out the forms and made conversation with my son and I. When I went into the room with Ben he was warm and welcoming explaining everything step by step but not in an overly medical way I couldn’t understand. The test seems very through and he plainly explained the results to me. I don’t need hearing aids yet but I will come back for my annual checks as suggested by Ben and send my friends here also

  My mother in law is in the Langley hospital and was complaining that she wasn’t hearing anything with her hearing aids. I tried listening with them and the volume was low and extremely distorted. Calls to Vancouver Hearing to get some information were unreturned. I found Amplifon online and called just before their closing time. They said if I could make it in 10 minutes, they would have a look. I did make it and they replaced both fried receivers in a matter of minutes. Such a relief. Great service.

  I recently was fitted with in-ear molds for my Oticon hearing aids. I am very satisfied with the fit and the increase in hearing performance. Now I have to turn my aids down 3 levels where as before I had to set them at highest level. I have had my aids for 3 and a half years and am finally satisfied with both the fitting and performance. My appreciation goes to Abby for her patience, knowledge and excellence in customer service.
