- JJJenn2 days ago5.0I went into Specsavers on the May long weekend holiday for an eye emergency, and can’t say enough good things about the care I received. Alex treated my concern with urgency and Dr. Daudharia saw me within an hour to diagnose me and get me a prescription with a follow up appointment for the next day. I’m so appreciative for the care, concern and quick diagnosis from Alex and the optometrist. It saved me a trip to urgent care and likely a long wait time. I didn’t expect my visit to be so smooth, especially on a holiday. I know there was a steady stream of appointments and the urgency was beyond appreciated. Thank you both so, so much for taking care of me.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
