This was my first time getting prescription glasses, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Natalie at reception was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and she really took the time to help me narrow down what I liked by comparing multiple different frame options. She made the whole process feel easy and stress free, which I really appreciated. Sean (the optometrist) was thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. The entire team was accommodating and attentive, and the clinic itself is spotless and well-run. I left feeling confident in my prescription and genuinely happy with the experience. I found this place on happenstance through a review left on a different optometrist centre in Kelowna that recommend this one instead and I’m so glad I saw it. I will be recommending this place from here on!!

This clinic was able to fit her in the same evening after school, and then again throughout the week. I can’t say enough good things about the experience, especially given the circumstances. Both Dr. Walker and Dr. Laycock were beyond accommodating, caring, and kind. My daughter usually does not prefer male doctors, but they made her feel so comfortable right away. The clinic itself is also trendy, modern, and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone, and I’m now hoping to move our entire family here. Thank you again for your accommodation, compassion, and genuine kindness.
