Roman the technician restored them completely, every scratch gone, lenses replaced, good as new. The entire repair was covered under warranty at no cost to me. The sales team is knowledgeable with genuinely exceptional taste and the service from start to finish is top notch. If you are looking for glasses, prescription lenses, or sunglasses in Kelowna, this is your place. Hands down.
