  I had Sudden Hearing loss roughly 18 months ago. Lindsay and team got me in on an emergency basis to test my hearing and find that I had Sudden Hearing Loss. This allowed me to get on steroids in a timely manner to save my hearing. Since then, they’ve done numerous check ups when asked from the ENT and have been nothing but PROFESSIONAL and calming in a rather stressful time. Cannot say enough good things about these guys! Thank you!

  I have been waiting 2 months to find if I am covered for the cost of my hearing aids by Pacific Blue Cross. I called them a month ago and the request had not been sent yet. I was told I would be contacted when they were updated. Not acceptable. They have 4 more days before I cancel with them and go somewhere else.
