  Jenny Xavier, the receptionist and client care representative, is definitely in the right job. She has the style and knowledge to professionally deal with clients as they walk in the door. Claire Brignall, on loan from the Sechelt office while Mellissa is on maternity leave, was extremely helpful in adjusting my hearing aids the way they should be. She explained the why’s and how’s of the instruments in a way that I easily understood. This pair of professionals has everything covered and I highly recommend them to anyone in Gibsons who needs help with hearing aids.

  I won the lottery with Melissa and Jen! Exceptional in all categories. Thank you both so much. They are a great asset to our small but beautiful town of Gibsons. Plus, love my new hearing aids!

  Really great staff! Nadine has always been so good with my Dad - no problem getting the hearing aids cleaned when he drops by. They even delivered his hearing aids to him at the hospital during this COVID-19 craziness, since they had all his settings and tests on file. I highly recommend them!
