Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

Highly recommend their service! From the minute, I walked through the door until the final consultation with the owner (who just happened to be the staff member working with me), I felt welcomed and looked after by professional and thorough service.
I just ended up getting two pairs of glasses for $419! This included a sweet promo by the store and my health plan deduction. I chose one regular pair of glasses and duplicated the progressive, high-end lenses as sunglasses.

The customer service at the Duncan store was incredible!! Highly recommend Tracey!! She knows her stuff, was very patient and helpful. I was also blown away by the prices! The frames were two for one, which was great in itself BUT the price $199 or $149 also included the single prescription lenses!! This is all I need so it worked out great. Thank you Tracey and Specsavers.

Its been over 6 years with the same glasses. I saw the advertisement on TV with that famous astronaut and really wanted that eye exam. As soon as I entered the store I was immediately greeted, asked what I was shopping for and was told to browse or have a seat and wait for the next available server.Made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Tracy my eye specialist is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was incredibly happy with th level of customer service and very personable atmosphere. She went over every single detail guiding me through my purchase step by step including the price of everything along the way. I will tell everyone who has glasses to go to this store and its alot of people

Tracey greeted me at the door when I walked in, told me about their sale and asked if I needed any help. She asked me about my preferences and then turned into the most incredible personal shopper, getting me to try on all the frames that could fit the bill, offering advice, and she helped me narrow down to a pair of glasses and sunglasses that I am so excited about. She was really helpful, patient and kind. I struggle to be decisive with glasses, but for the first time in over 20 years of glasses purchases, I was able to efficiently pick out glasses that I'm really confident about. Seamless process.
