Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

We were very happy with our recent visit to this location. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and were extremely courteous throughout our appointment. As it was our first time visiting, we really appreciated the guidance in selecting the right frames and the clear, simple breakdown of pricing and available options. We also valued that there was absolutely no pressure to upgrade.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Specsavers in Duncan! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness, warmth, and genuine friendliness. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful. You can really tell that they care about their customers and take pride in making everyone feel comfortable and looked after.
What impressed me the most was how they handled an unexpected situation completely out of their control. During my visit, the entire plaza lost power! Something like that could have easily made for a frustrating experience, but the team handled everything with such professionalism, positivity, and kindness. Despite the inconvenience and disruption to their day, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got me rebooked immediately.
It’s not often you come across a business where the staff genuinely make you feel like more than just another customer. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to go that extra mile really stood out to me. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, they made the entire experience a positive one.
Customer service like this deserves to be recognized! It’s the little things, the friendly smiles, the reassurance, and the genuine effort that make such a difference.
I am beyond excited to receive my new glasses, and I’m so happy I chose Specsavers Duncan! I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone looking for not only great eyewear, but an amazing customer experience from start to finish.

The staff here are so courteous and helpful! They were great about working me in on short notice when another client cancelled. The selection of frames here is amazing, there is definitely something for everyone. I am super picky and still had a hard time deciding which style of frames I wanted, I was torn between 3 or 4 different ones. Tracey Robbins was super helpful when it came to narrowing down my choices. Excellent place to get your exam and glasses.
