- LRLen RoyAug 7, 20263.0The Connect hearing representative was helpful but, unfortunately, I cannot wear these hearing aids due to acute ear canal pain and inflammation when I wear them . Several types of ear canal inserts were tried however I was given only 1 day to decide whether to keep the hearing aids after the final change was made. This has been a total waste of several thousand dollars. To say that I was not pleased with the overall experience is an understatement.
