  I have had experience with three Connect Hearing offices. Two in Duncan and one in Richmond. In all three instances the staff have gone above and beyond in their customer service and availability for follow up. In the case of my elderly aunt, that follow up was long after she paid for her hearing aids. The staff were considerate and kind in their every interaction with her. I attended one of her appointments at the Trans- Canada Hwy location and the explanations of her particular hearing loss and the use of the hearing aids best for her was clear, concise and informative. In the Richmond office at the Westminster Hwy location I arranged a hearing test for an out of town friend who was visiting me and they happily gave her a hearing test, which was very thorough. At no charge. There are a lot of hearing clinics out there, but I have found Connect Hearing to be one of the best on all levels of knowledge and service.
