  Horrible customer service & don't really respect people with disabilities walked in this morning because of an issue with my glasses at first everything was cordial but after returning after first going in i was met with attitude and a glue spot on my lens and the way they fixed it was with electrical tape and told me to contact social assistance in a very rude manner NEVER RETURNING

  Over a year ago- I walked in with a horrible eye infection the people here were great. I took my daughter here in January. Again great experience. 2 weeks ago I went in and the guy intaking me was rude and then insisted I pay before having my eye exam. Thus far- paying before having a service rendered- was not my experience. After paying I stated I didn't want to deal with him again. Last week I went in and picked up 1 of my 2 pairs. I purposely spoke to someone else. Yet he instead on coming amd taking over. I said nothing - and got out of there. While I was there I learned that my daughter had 2 pairs of glasses. It seems that when they sent in her prescription- the coatings I paid for- were not added. The probably did call they hVe dates. Auto texts get collected by spam and I never check voice mails. That I am not upset about. So- I wasn't able to take her glasses then. I had to bring the other pair back first. Fine. So we went in thi evening. I made sure again I did not speek to the guy who was rude to me. The women I spoke with was nice I explained the situation and clarified IT is probably 100% me or my phone. I trust that they tried to reach me. I wanted to know about payment before services rendered. So I asked 'is it your policy to collect payment before administering an eye exam?' To which she said no. Well the guy who was rude to me walked over and corrected her. To which she changed her answer and said I made it sound like I thought I had to pay before I even came into the store. I told the guy he can walk away this transaction had NOTHING to do with him. This guy is obviously a man who can not respect a woman's boundaries. He refused. I was not swearing or being disrespectful- only asking for clarification on their policy. When i told the guy who I have stated I DID NOT want to deal with again - he can walk away' the woman then said I am not allowed to talk to her coworker like that. I then had BOTH being disrespectful. I even explained that he was disrespectful to me before- that I didn't want to deal with him, was forced to again and now while trying to get info from someone else he is injecting himself and now she is changing her answer. I told him again this doesn't include him- he can walk away. I am not yelling or swearing. Lots of people are watching. I am not going to assault anyone. I wanted clear information on their policy. The woman said I was not clear- i said yes I was. That was a mistake in her interpretation because you can't be any more clear- than is it your policy to collect payment prior to giving a eye exam. I said don't worry I won't be back. Ehe said no- its a gap in my understanding. I Reminded them of my other two children's names and said better cancel their appointments too. They said I am not welcomed back. They will leave a note on my file. They still owe me one of my pairs of glasses. All because a man was rude to me and couldn't respect my personal space while I tried to clarify a company policy. Good Job Scotsdale Specsavers.

  Very disappointing experience. We dropped off our glasses for an adjustment and they came back scratched. When we raised the issue, the manager told us, **“Three people worked on it, and I assure you, we did not scratch it.”** We know the glasses were not scratched when we dropped them off. We paid $400 for these glasses and expected them to be handled with care. This is not acceptable.

  2 weeks and my contacts are still on 'back order' - I should have just ordered through Clearly. Save yourself the trouble - take your prescription from their optometrist elsewhere, unless you want to wait.

  Had a really good experience at Specsavers. Armen and Oj helped me look through some new frames before my eye exam and were both super friendly and helpful. They gave me some good suggestions and made it easy to find frames I liked. Really appreciated the help!
