  My personal trainer at she’s fit was takako. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She guided me through each exercise which will not only help me to gain muscle strength and also will help me to gain strength overall. I would highly recommend anyone to take her as your personal trainer.

  Why is this gym SO HOT! No one should be sweating within 5 minutes of entering the gym! It’s MAY, turn the AC on so it’s not so hot and so it doesn’t STINK! This gym needs better equipment and better cleaning staff. It’s always smelly and not clean! Always has Broken equipment which takes minimum 2 weeks to be repaired. We were notified that the gym was closed for two days to get upgrades, came In and everything was the same minus a few more treadmills and less elliptical machines. How’s that an upgrade? Again I need to stress how Hot it is in there and the smell is so gross! Turn the AC higher so it’s not so hot which is turn will hopefully help with the nasty body odour
