  I’m writing this review to recognize Joseph for going above and beyond during my recent visit. I originally came in for a promotion—buy any two pairs of glasses frame for $199—but I could only find one pair that I liked. I was just about to give up and leave when Joseph approached me and asked about my preferred style. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and personally selected several frames for me to try. Thanks to his effort and patience, I ended up finding options I truly loved. To make a long story short, I bought $450 worth of glasses that I like and I’m genuinely happy with my purchase. Joseph’s initiative, attentiveness, and customer care made all the difference. This is exactly the kind of employee who deserves recognition.

  They gave me a defective pair of glasses and now they refuse to address the issue with no charge. Technically, when purchasing the glasses they offer you an "option" of anti glare which means if you want your glasses to be defective or fine and they charge extra for the glasses to be fine.

  What a refreshing experience I had at the Coquitlam Centre location with Niloofar M. as my customer service eyewear specialist and Dr. Ramanjot Kingra as my optometrist. The doctor was very helpful and informative with the tests and results. Such a lovely person. Niloofar is just fantastic with the information about promotions and my options. The wait time was about 14 days for two pair of glasses. The technician that adjusted my frames to make sure they were comfortable and sitting correctly when I picked them up was polite and efficient. 💯 % satisfaction rating. 😊 Customer service like this is rare these days.

  Recently went for an eye exam. Dr. Jasjit is very professional and gives clear explanations on the results. Ariel is friendly and able to quickly grab frames that match what I need - it didn't take too long to settle on the frames that suit me. I did not directly interact with Nathan, but props to him for being able to simultaneously help multiple customers and his team members during a busy shift. Edit: Went to pick up my glasses and they are great! Madison is courteous and kind, and Joseph helped me pick out a new style I never thought to try. Thank you to Nicole for helping me getting my new glasses adjusted. Overall well-rounded team and a positive experience for me.

  I’m a little late here but wanted to a post a review before I fly out today! I came to visit this location about a week ago and overall had such an amazing experience. I wanted to specifically shout out the following individuals: Dr Atwal, Grace, and Madison. Dr Atwal helped me create my new prescription lenses and it was such a pleasant experience overall. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations we had. Grace and Madison were very friendly and didn’t have any sort of pushy salesmen energy, and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help find what I was looking for and the best fit specifically for me. I really appreciate this type of service as it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Since I’ve visited this location, I’ve already told numerous people about the great deals they have right now as well as the great service I was given when I went. Overall highly recommend this location and would come again!
