  I have been a long time customer of Pearle Vision and I’ve always appreciated their special pricing promotions. I’ve purchased the warranty and had to use it. I expected there might be some pushback with trying to use a warranty, but that was not the case. They happily replaced my lenses and it was done within a couple of weeks. The other thing I appreciate about Pearl vision is the aftercare service. I can just walk right in and have my glasses adjusted so that they are sitting better on my face or tighten up one of the.Arms if it comes loose. Great customer service all the way around.

  Had absolutely excellent service from Mishga who helped me pick my frames and arranged the sale and also from Lillian who ensured both my pairs of glasses were a perfect fit when I came in to collect them. A+ assistance and value for my money.

  Ask for Mishga at Pearl Vision Coquitlam Best optical experience I’ve ever had. Mishga was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain my prescription, broke down lens options without any pushy sales tactics, and helped me pick frames that actually suit my face and lifestyle. I ended up getting the Meta Ray-Ban glasses through her, and she made the whole process so smooth. She explained all the smart features clearly, handled the prescription lens fitting perfectly, and made sure I knew how to use everything before I left. All the other staff at Pearl Vision were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Mishka just went above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares that you leave with something you love. She even caught a detail in my old prescription that other places missed. If you need an eye exam, glasses, contacts, or are curious about Meta Ray-Bans, request Mishga. You won’t regret it.

  I always have a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision in Coquitlam. Lillian and Sonya are both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They always take the time to answer all my questions, help me find the perfect frames, and make me feel genuinely cared for. Their professionalism and attention to detail makes the experience smooth and enjoyable. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Lillian and Sonya if you’re looking for exceptional eyewear assistance!

  My husband and I have been loyal customers here for a few years and every year we leave very happy with new pairs of vision and sunglasses. The entire team - Lilian, Jordan, Maryam and Mishga - are so amazing! They're very attentive and professional, they give great recommendations, provide excellent customer service, assist with insurance submissions and frame adjustments. Having an optician office right next door is such a great bonus. We can't be happier with this location, thank you!
