They were going to book my eye exam for tomorrow, but she spoke with the optometrist and got me in right away. After the appointment the eye drops had my vision blurry, and she saw me struggling. She sat down and filled out my insurance form for me. She never pushed me to buy anything. She just wanted to help, and that's exactly what she did. Her attitude was positive and friendly the whole time. You can tell she genuinely loves helping people. She represents LensCrafters so well, and I have a lot of respect for her.
