  The main pharmacist and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is one staff member who has consistently come across as unfriendly and rude during our visits. We had already been considering switching to the Cottonwood Mall location because it’s closer to our gym, but our interactions with this individual ultimately made the decision for us. It’s unfortunate that one person’s customer service has driven our business elsewhere.

  I visited this pharmacy at 39 weeks pregnant to purchase nicotine pouches for my husband. I waited in line for my turn, and when I reached the counter, the pharmacist asked me to step aside so she could ring through another customer first. While that was frustrating, I agreed and waited. When it was finally my turn, I asked for nicotine pouches. The pharmacist very clearly looked me up and down and, in a loud and aggressive tone, asked whether I “should be using nicotine products while pregnant.” The comment was made publicly and unprofessionally with many people around, which felt extremely judgmental and inappropriate. I responded that the product was for my husband. She then laughed. The interaction was unnecessary, embarrassing, and handled in a way that lacked discretion and basic customer respect. If there were a genuine health concern, it could have been addressed privately and professionally. Instead, it felt accusatory and humiliating. I expect healthcare professionals to communicate concerns respectfully and confidentially, especially with vulnerable patients.
