  This chain offers no way to email the branch directly. Only calling in, which is ironic and ableist for a hearing clinic. They also said they would have the hearing report to me in a day or two and went on vacation instead which possibly means they’re going to lose the sale due to insurance deadlines for paperwork.

  Hands down best place to get your hearing aids or repairs done. The staff is SO incredibly helpful and kind. As someone that suffers from a lot of social anxiety due to hearing loss, Connect Hearing has absolutely changed my life. Thank you to the staff!

  The technician!!!!,service, they know what they are doing, what you need and oh yeah they have the giant lifesaver mints
