Their test showed swelling in the eyes and we were sent off to an eye specialist and the rest is history! Thank you to Specsavers for recognizing the issue and sending us on!

Dr K (Drake) was quick to identify the issues I was having with my vision, come up with a game plan and booked me for a check up in the future. I found him engaging and very personable, a fine optometrist. The young woman up front who helped with billing and imaging was also most welcoming, very personable and shared with me her adventures from the East Coast. Over all the check up for me was an enjoyable experience and I would recommend the location to anyone. The location itself differs little from other optometrists but the staff make a visit worth while.
- JHJordanna HolmesApr 2, 20261.0Not a place I would get my eyes examined. Quickest appt ever, less than 5 min. no liquid to dilate the pupils. If I didn’t ask a question it would have been 2.5 min. And they charged $$ … pretty embarrassing. Shocking really. I’ll have to go somewhere else clearly to get a proper examination.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
