Adult eye exams
We thoroughly examine your eyes to make sure they are healthy and we'll also be able to detect diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases, cataracts, glaucoma and macular degeneration. That’s why it’s so important to have your eyes examined regularly.
Children’s eye care
Children’s eye tests are different from adult eye tests. However at Specsavers, your child’s eye care is just as important to us. Book your child’s eye test at Specsavers.
Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.
3D scanning technology (OCT)
At Specsavers we include an advanced 3D eye scan as part of every standard comprehensive eye exam, at no extra charge. This helps our optometrists detect eye conditions earlier and makes our eye exam the most revealing eye exam yet.

They arent good at listening to the words being spoken . Thwy do not know how to accommodate a customer that needs something they arent selling. This store isnt for my Indigenous And Eurpean family. In anative Cultture and Erupean culture we do what a person needs 1st before advising more or different.
They offer more things trying sell instead of actually giving the customer what they need.
When a customer asks for what they need its rude to sell something else.
They are hard to understand. They tell people what to do and what to have and dont listen to what people ask for.

Nav was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciated how she offered suggestions but also provided space and time for me to make the decision on my own. Not only that, but she listened to me when I explained what I was looking for and did not pressure me when offering sales/deals or add ons. Based on this experience, I would return to the Lougheed Specsavers.
