Contact Lens assessments
During your contact lens assessment your Optometrist will assess your suitability to use contact lenses and discuss the best product for you. We will help teach you how to use contact lenses and we recommend you allow about an hour in total when you visit. An up to date eye exam is required, if you haven't had an eye exam recently please book an eye test on the same day. If you already wear contact lenses, please wear your lenses and bring your current glasses to the appointment. A parent or guardian must accompany children aged 15 or under.

was very pleased with my experience! The prices were reasonable, and there was a great variety of frames to choose from. The customer service was excellent. The optometrist was very knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient, and provided helpful and reasonable recommendations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

I purchased their Most Expensive Glasses with my personal frame. They told me it’s scratch proof coating have 2 Years of warranty .. I reconfirmed at the time of delivery & I was told that we care about our customers .. I was happy .. Now After few months I have lot of scratches & I visited the store and this guy told me we don’t carry any warranty for scratches Basically I was denied service .. 😂 Waste of Money .. 🙂↔️ Lesson - Always go for top brands in market, not any other brands because cheap brands care about the money & Top brands care about the reputation .. 🙂↔️

An amazing team ensuring their costumers are given all the information whenever asked. All employees were very nice and respectful. Especially Amrita who works there (Big shout out to her). She made my time shopping enjoyable and made me feel welcomed! I thank her very much. Overall, a great experience getting glasses that are a fair price that also look good.
The staff were a little pushy of me buying glasses, but I didn't really mind. I just hope that next time the same staff member would help out.

I would suggest visiting a different Specsavers location.
An employee by the name of Oyin? was extremely rude and passive aggressive while on the phone and caused frustration all because she decided to be disrespectful instead of simply explain a policy they had. She was also hesitant to give her name when asked. Furthermore, I was given a completely different answer about the policy when speaking to another employee. They even vouched for me explaining that “that employee is like that and she’s strict”. When brought up to the owner, they seemed complacent on the employees behaviour and agreed with her.
The employees and optometrists here also rush you and don’t listen or take your concerns with enough intent. Having visited a different Specsavers, I experienced a much better experience where they were much more understanding and seemed like they wanted actually help.
