- MOMin Hlaing OoMay 11, 20263.0I recently bought two pairs of glasses through their promotion. The staff was very helpful and gave me good advice. After wearing one pair for a few days, I noticed that the temple tips ( that covers at the end of the arms that rest on ears) has become losse and could slide back and front. I haven’t worn the another pair yet, hope it doesn’t have that same issue. I’ve worn glasses for over 20 years and this is the first time I have came across this problem.

Although there was a minor scheduling issue that resulted in a delay beyond my appointment time, the situation was handled with professionalism and care. Every staff member was courteous and apologetic, with Toni and Dr. Fung in particular demonstrating exceptional attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. From the eye examination to selecting frames, each step of the process was handled efficiently and with a high standard of customer service. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
