  I've had a great experience at Nesters Pharmacy SFU. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Edan is an excellent pharmacist who takes the time to answer questions and provide thoughtful advice. Jini has also been incredibly helpful with supplement recommendations, offering knowledgeable guidance tailored to individual needs. Highly recommend this pharmacy for its outstanding customer service and care!

  I’ve never had such a great experience at a pharmacy before. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. They always take the time to explain everything and make you feel cared for and respected. Their knowledge and customer service are truly outstanding. I’m very grateful for all their help, and I will definitely continue being a customer here. In my opinion, this is the best pharmacy around. Igor Tasovac

  they have an online prescription refill request form that they dont check. they dont pickup the phone during business hours. they refuse to send tax receipts over email. they are very slow to acknowledge you and eventually help you when you arrive. they eventually get things done, but it is clear that they are only in business because they are the only pharmacy on the mountain. edit in response to nesters: this is not up for discussion. i called twice last week during business hours (and not during your break hour) and nobody picked up. my meds help keep my potassium levels away from critical levels; your negligence put my health at risk. i will not be returning.

  You always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to wait for your medications, also the person who was there at the time was very rude to me for no reason. Where is the customer service and being nice with your customers? Very bad experience this time. Hope it changes next time
