  We had a wonderful experience with Susan today. She was extremely friendly, patient, and professional. What we appreciated most was that she never pressured us to choose a more expensive frame or lenses. Instead, she took the time to understand what we needed and recommended options that were truly suitable for us at a very reasonable price. We originally planned to visit a few other optical stores to compare prices and options, but after Susan explained everything so clearly and helped us find the right pair, we felt completely comfortable making our purchase here without looking elsewhere. We are very happy with both the glasses and the service we received. We will definitely recommend Susan and this LensCrafters location to our friends and family. Thank you so much, Susan!

  Very disappointing customer service from both Sunglass Hut and LensCrafters at Metrotown. I went to Sunglass Hut to have a small replacement piece installed on my husband’s sunglasses. The manager tried to help but didn’t have the proper tools, so she referred me to LensCrafters, their sister company, saying they should have the tools. At LensCrafters, a female staff member asked me to leave the sunglasses and replacement piece and come back Monday because their technician was busy. I came back Monday, even leaving work early, only to be told that the technician had simply left the sunglasses there and that they couldn’t do anything. No one contacted me or left any note explaining this. I then went back to Sunglass Hut to explain what happened. The staff member took my information and said she messaged someone through WhatsApp and that I would receive a call within the week. A week has passed and nobody contacted me. I understand if a repair cannot be done, but the lack of communication and follow-through was extremely unprofessional. If you can’t fix something, simply tell the customer. Don’t have them make a special trip expecting the issue to be resolved, and don’t promise a follow-up that never happens. Really disappointing experience. Customer service should matter even when the customer isn’t making a new purchase.
