  Same corrupt head office, different location – Kingsway is not safe either I'm reviewing the Kingsway location, but make no mistake—this is not about the local staff. This is about Fitness World's toxic head office and the way they treat members who dare to speak up. I had my membership canceled for no legitimate reason after filing a formal complaint about aggressive staff conduct. Instead of investigating, head office—specifically Renee—responded with false accusations and outright lies. When I left honest reviews, their lawyers at BLG (Hunter Parsons) sent threatening letters trying to bully me into silence. It didn't work. I have since learned this is a pattern. Fitness World cancels members who complain. They retaliate. They intimidate. And then they have the audacity to call the police with false allegations—twice in my case. We laughed at them then, and we're laughing at them now. Fabricating police reports to silence a paying member is beyond pathetic. Their ratings have suspiciously jumped from 4.0 to 4.4 stars in recent months. That is not organic—that is review manipulation to bury the truth. Meanwhile, real members like me are left paying more elsewhere for less access, while Fitness World hides behind lawyers and fake reviews. Kingsway members, be warned: If you ever have a complaint, you will not get help. You will get harassment, false accusations, and legal threats. This is not a gym that values its members—it's a gym that bullies them. Avoid Fitness World Kingsway. Avoid head office. They are not safe to deal with.

  My Top Favourite Instructors at Fitness World at Kingsway are Mayu Nomura for both her Zumba & Zumba Toning classes & Reem Al Shaer for her Zumba + LIFT classes because of awesome, amazing, sunshine, bubbly & fun personalities & that really really really truly makes me feel all good, awesome, good enough, all confident in myself & ability & all giddy both on the inside & the outside of myself especially after their Zumba, Zumba Toning & Zumba + LIFT classes & I also both know & recognize some the songs that they use in their designated class or classes.💃🏻☀️🌞🎶🎵🥳💖💝❤️🤩

  Reem Al Shaer is one of my favorite Zumba instructors. I have tried several Zumba classes, but her classes feel different. What I love most is that she mixes music and dances from different cultures. In one class, you might dance to Latin music, Arabic music, and Western music. It makes the class fun. I enjoy her classes so much that I wake up early for them, even though I'm not usually a morning person, every class leaves me happy and energized.
