  Really good place to train, the facilities are pretty good and the staff are very friendly, especially Kevin who is very helpful because he speaks English and Spanish and it is a great way to solve questions

  Warning. Bait you with false advertisements on social media and when you arrive prices change, policies change..... Waste of time. Supposed to be $1 enrollment promotion with prices of 12.99 or 17.99 biweekly and free 3 day trial. ...refused to give 3 day trial to non bc residents without local ID . Refused the prices in advertisements. Added a $7 surcharge biweekly monthly for people who don't sign a 1 year contract. Added a $70 yearly enrollment fee on arrival to all sign ups..... Barely any parking always full. Gym of 50-150 people. With 20-30 parking stalls. Parking outside on road is metered. Auto shop parking full always behind the gym. Residential parking a 5-15 min walk away. Depending if any are available. Terrible business policies. Advertise something different on websites and when you arrived slapped with fees and taxes. Your welcome for saving your time and helping people know transparency with this establishment.

  I tried this branch since I had an errand in the area. Initial impression: not as good as the other branches of FW... bad lighting? bad organization? bad maintenance? During workout: not bad-ish. still worse than the other branches I'm used to. C'mon, you're using tapes to hold fallen apart plastic parts? Post workout: feels like the management doesn't like working here. don't want to include too much in the review, but didn't feel respected at all. It's not the worst I've seen, so giving it an extra star, but I don't think I'll return here...

  I stopped in just for the day because the new genius manager at Suter Brook wanted to be difficult. I wouldn’t go out of my way again to come here. It’s astounding that, for the same membership price, the quality of the gyms can be so different. The only nice part is the room on your right as you walk in with the deadlift platforms. Everything else is reminiscent of a dungeon. A prison gym would probably be more enjoyable for training. The benches are way too close to the rack, the dumbbells are extremely limited, the plates are a struggle to find, etc. I usually opt for cardio equipment away from everyone; I get why the area was so empty. The parking lot was also funny. Maybe the staff are nice?

  I’ve been training at Fitness World for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The gym is always clean, the equipment is modern and well maintained, and there’s plenty of variety for every type of workout. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling overcrowded. Definitely a great place to stay consistent with your fitness goals. Highly recommend!
