  I would like to recognize my sales assistant (Noy) at LensCrafters for the exceptional service she provided. Noy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Her attention to detail, willingness to help, and overall approach made the experience outstanding. She is a remarkable representative of the LensCrafters organization and clearly takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.   My glasses had reached the point where they were constantly falling off, I'd almost lost them on several occasions. My friend convinced me while walking by, to atleast see if anything could be done. I had assumed I would need to replace them. Joaquin was awesome! He offered his time and expertise to magic my glasses into working order, free of charge. The service here is wonderful, the staff were super friendly and helpful even at the end of a long day. Totally worth the trip to abbotsford for my next pair.

  Huge shoutout to Layla (Laila) at LensCrafters Highstreet! I came in before 5:30 PM and stayed right up until close to closing, and she was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. I am very picky but She really knows her stuff and took exceptional care of me. Fantastic experience—thank you so much!

  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this LensCrafters location. I had prescription progressive lenses put into my sunglasses here. From the beginning, I struggled to see properly through them. My vision felt distorted and warped, and the glasses were essentially unusable. When I eventually returned to LensCrafters for help, I was told that too much time had passed for them to redo the lenses. What was particularly frustrating was that I knew something was wrong with the glasses, but I didn’t know enough about progressive lenses to identify the problem myself. I have since taken the sunglasses to another optical shop for a professional assessment. They carefully examined the glasses and found that the measurement determining the placement of the progressive portion of the lens was off by approximately **5 mm**. That finally explained why I could not see properly through these glasses. I understand that businesses need to have warranty and remake periods. However, when an expensive pair of prescription progressive lenses has never functioned properly, I would expect a company specializing in eyewear to take the time to investigate why. I’m disappointed not only that the glasses did not work properly, but that I ultimately had to go elsewhere to have the problem identified and pay to have it corrected. Based on my experience, I would not return to this LensCrafters location for progressive lenses.
