Walked in at 10:15am yesterday morning and was greeted like I had ruined the young ladies day. I felt like I was a bother because she had to take time away from browsing on her phone. When I went to look at frames, I got told that they had nothing that would work for me and to go try another store. Long and short of it will not be returning here. Bought my new glass at lenscrafters langley and had a way better experience and customer service.
