The wait time to be seen is always so long and ridiculous. Last time I waited an hour and this time it’s was 45 minutes. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Doctor Choe is a good doctor. But the office and its time management is lacking. The front desk girls dont acknowledge you after checking in or acknowledge the wait time. I seen people check in after me that gets seen before us. If this wasn’t local to my house I wouldn’t even bother using coming to this office.
- HCHenry CotaNov 26, 20251.0My daughter had an appointment yesterday for a teeth cleaning and she got there 20 minutes early and still waited about another 45 minutes beyond her time of appointment so when she let the girls up front working the desk that she was gonna leave because she had to go to work the girl in the front desk had an attitude and told her to talk to the girl who makes appointments and when she addressed the other girl who makes the appointments she really rude and told her to sit down and wait to be called!! Dr. Cho is a good doctor but them girl iin the front need an attitude adjustment....
