- KGKay GNov 14, 20255.0I used to think that LA Fitness in BP was good until I met PF in BP. LA Fitness is clean but PL in BP is even cleaner! Plenty of parking. Staff are always cleaning and even members are nice enough to clean after using machines. There’s a sense of community and belonging that this PL has built that encourages members to clean. The staff are attentive and willing to help. I’ve had more positive experiences w staff than negative. I think we’ve all had a bad day at work. It happens. I advised that the water filter was red. They listened and was replaced. Many times for many months, I informed LA Fitness staff that two of the water stations were red and nothing happened. This is a small gym but it has everything. There’s nothing wrong w being small if the customer is the priority, place is clean, and the equipment is maintained, which this gym does a good job expediting repairs!

It's kept clean and the staff are friendly. Overall a good experience, but could be better. They could add the missing lifting machines instead of so many walkers. Needs better space management.
- JJJazminSep 17, 20251.0I had a couple bad experiences at this location with the young manager (girl) , she is very rude , has attitude and can never resolve my problems. I do not recommend , I since switch to the one located in La Puente . I recommend that location 10x better , friendly staff and great customer service!
