Alfonso was so friendly and helped me choose my frames and got me taken care of quickly. Everyone was friendly and the prices were fair. No hidden fees or trying to upsell me. I highly recommend this location for fast, friendly, affordable exams and glasses.

- KCKami CrdvaMar 22, 20261.0Let me begin by saying Dr Allen is a very wonderful optometrist. The staff has no idea of insurance coverage and information in regards to eyewear. Being in the industry myself for 10 yrs I knew more than the staff. Every customer/patient you have it is your duty as an optician to help them find eyewear that compliments the face. You can assist by asking simple questions like their hobbies , their work etc. When running an eye wear insurance like Eye Med, Vsp and many others you can generally see coverage. Although it is importantly as an optician to know the insurance. Oakley, Rayban, etc are Luxottica products which get the allowance plus the 20-30% additional off. The eyewear has generally 1yr manufactures wear warranty some more. Talk to the patient explain the warranty and the extras you’re trying to sell them. AR coating, Polycarbonate lenses standard for parents under 18 . The salesperson never got up from her chair to help. She also insisted that I had no coverage. When it indicated $150 for contact lenses its meaning either or. The dispensing of the glasses is and should be done at the desk looked at carefully to see if it fits correctly. I will never use my benefits and time wasted at Target Optical I will use a professional Optometrist office.
