  My baby was sick and the doctor said he sounded fine. we took him to another doctor and he had pneumonia. first doctors didn’t provide us with any medication as well.

  Medical negligence from the on site provider he sent my 5 month old baby home with pneumonia yesterday and was cheery and said baby sound good nothing is wrong . My gut instinct told me take him to the hospital where they found infection in his lung !!! Never going back here again!!!!

  We went on a weekday Friday morning appt was at 11am ,,only couple patients in waiting room,,looked cleaned to us ..our first time we checked in completed paperwork and turned it the front ladys were nice and admitted us in ..our wait time overall within 45 min we were seen by doctor she was nice and actually listened to our concerns and referred us out to specialist we our happy she did because our primary was not really helping out. so yeah it was good experience hopefully we can see the specialist soon to help my son

  Arrived early and noticed that they weren’t calling my child name when I went to go ask about her they threw out her paperwork. Waited another hour and half. Front desk girl was being rude about it.

  usually i don’t have an issue but these stars are specifically for the poor urgency and attention to detail with the front office on the primary side. I dropped off a physical form for my son to start preschool and they apparently lost it or claim I never turned it in i gave them over a week to fill the paper when they asked for at least 24 hours. When she tells me i never turned it in or doesn’t have a paper she asks if i can get another one. As if it’s that easy making not only their office look in competent but me as a mother after i had already asked the school if I could turn it in later due to the extra time needed and my work schedule. Get a new front office with better manners and more attention to detail . Working in health care myself I could never imagine making my patient feel as my own fault was theirs.
