  This is such an amazing company, they have gone over and beyond to make this experience for us as smooth as possible. My grandma has memory issues and sometimes we have really hard days and just need some extra help. Home Instead always makes sure we are taken care of.

  Home Instead Bakersfield has been a steady and compassionate partner in the care of our mother. We hired them last year after the loss of our father and the onset of our mom’s declining memory. Their caregivers came onboard at a time when we really needed extra companionship for our mom as well as peace of mind on our end as we navigated all of the changes as a family. Their communication is consistently great and reliable and the caregivers are wonderful!

  We needed home care services last year when my mom returned from being hospitalized. Home Instead was able to work with my elderly & disabled parents to help out with chores around the house. They were able to get back to their schedule and caring for themselves so services were discontinued but a year later, we are back in the same situation & it was so easy to reactivate services. I’m so grateful to Carly & her team!
