  What a joke. Go to get glasses they take insurance by dont take insurance for eye exams. Ridiculous not spending 80 bucks to test eye to save 50 on glasses. Why take vsp insurance when the optometrist doesn't. Seem like a scam. Ridiculous will definitely let vsp know also vsp retired members beware They claim doctor not employee. Therefore maybe make sure doctor takes insurance as should not be premier member of vsp if cant honor the insurance entirely.

  I went in there needing glasses real bad.i showed up without an appointment, and bam, just like that, i got an eye exam and then I went and gave the prescription to a girl named Jamie, I believe that was her name, and she helped me pick out frames, she was super friendly and informative. She asked if I have ever been there before and when said no, she told me I qualify for a second pair of glasses for free. The customer service was a nice change from feeling rushed and only wanting my money. Another plus, was they make your order while you wait and they text you when each pair is finished. All together it took 22 minutes for the first set and 20 minutes on the se no pair.

  Great service! My insurance was a big surprise, saving so much with awesome upgrades. We both love the staff, and will definitely be back again and again.

  I was surprised at the styles and selection of frames. I went everywhere in town and they were the only ones that had what I was looking for and at a great price!

  I have always come to Eyemart Express to purchase my daughter glasses. Today, I came in and Jo was the CSR that assisted us. Jo allowed my daughter to look around freely without hustle, and helped us right away when she had made her selection. Jo was so patient, professional, and overall amazing. I had originally opted to purchase my daughter glasses out of pocket (in the past we hadn't had the best insurance) and after the purchase I realized using our insurance was actually the better option. Jo, didn't get upset or anything, she got help to assist me the transaction, and using my insurance over paying all the money out of pocket. My daughter received her glasses within 13 minutes of ordering, and I left extremely satisfied, again. Thank you Eyemart and Jo for a job well done.
