The facility is often dirty, and staff members are rude and dismissive. My sister also developed ringworm, and after checking the reviews we noticed several other customers reporting the same issue, which is very concerning. This morning (11/20/25), I was told at check-in that I supposedly owed over $200, and the staff refused to let me work out. I called another location and they confirmed the actual balance was only $68. The attitude I received at the front desk was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially since I’ve been paying my membership and never received any email, notice, or app notification about any past due amount. They even charged my monthly fee two days ago, but still refused me access. This experience was uncalled for, and I will be paying the balance at the other location instead. I won’t be returning to this gym or recommending it to anyone. The lack of cleanliness, misinformation, and rude customer service are unacceptable

- JMJoey McClureOct 11, 20251.0Three people I personally know have contracted ringworm from this gym and when it was reported to them, they acted like it wasn't a big deal and shrugged it off. The staff needs to be on the patrons about sanitizing all of the equipment that comes in contact with body parts before and after use. I think that people should be required to wear athletic pants and longsleeves as a further precaution to prevent spreading this fungus. I'm reporting this to the Public Health Department.
