- FBFaith BurkeNov 5, 20251.0Do not use this place. They will sell you the item and then refuse to answer emails or calls when you need something fixed. My mom is permanently in a wheelchair and the chair has multiple issues. She has called and emailed the manager Brian multiple times to just be ignored. I have also called and came in the store. Recently the chair had an issue while we were driving on the sidewalk and it surged making her drive off the side walk and tip over on the street. She was hurt a lot and the fire department and EMS had to come out and life her. I have filed a complaint with corporate and no one has called me back. The chair is paid for and over multiple months this has gone on. Do not go here our disabled loved ones deserve better than to be ignored and tossed to the side.

Everyone is very nice, quick to serve and answer all of my questions. The only delays I can recall in all of the years was during COVID when the supply chain was backed up, to no fault of their own.

I changed my insurance in the middle of ordering my chair which created a lot of extra work. Appreciated everything Marshall and Christie Knight did. I am so enjoying my chair. They were a blessing to me.

When he called to say it had arrived and I asked if I could pick it up that day, I didn’t think it would be possible ,but he told me I could come in at closing and they would stay open. All for an old lady needing her scooter. Thankyou to the office ladies for being so kind to stay a little late.Brian thanks for explaining everything about how to use my pretty scooter! I admire all of you for your love you show for your jobs and the people you help. Your faith sure shows through your excellence you do in your daily appointments with people needing the equipment you sell. With people like you all I have hope for this country. Have a blessed Easter as we celebrate Christ Arising from the tomb !
