  The staff is burned out, which showed in the quality of care. When I asked the PA, Ben, who evaluated my 9-month-old, what red flags I should watch for given my baby’s low temperature, his response was, “If he’s not breathing.” He lacked professionalism, sensitivity, did not provide any meaningful guidance. I left immediately, did not let him waste any more of my time and went to Adventist. Totally different experience. Never again in my life will I go there.

  The doctors are wonderful in there , but the wait is horrible, half the time it doesn’t be packed in there and it still be a 3/4 hour wait.

  No son nada profesionales ni parecen doctores pedire mi cambio lo mas pronto posible . Pesimo el servicio...lastima por toda la gente que nandan a qui ..

  I came in because I was having emotional problems and pain with my new IUD and cancer. The nurse called the cops. The cop grabbed my purse so I had to leave. He drove me to Mary Kay Shell and threatened to shoot me if I didn’t surrender myself there. Explained it to Mary Kay Shell staff, they completely understood and said there was no need for me to be there, but said I had to stay because BPD. So i was on a 4 hour hold with cramps. Went back to get my car and nurse refused to speak to me.
