Do not do not go here! They will sell you glasses that aren't in stock and have zero clue on when they will be here. Every single person at the store on ming is clueless. The only good thing is that the refund is really quick and you can go anywhere within 5 miles and get the same stuff cheaper.

Today I had the best experience at the Ming store. The woman who helped me her name is Azucenna. She was very helpful, friendly and kind. She genuinely asked how my day was and she was very beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer haha. Thank you everyone there and thank you Azucenna

Visited to get new glasses recently, Jennifer and the entire front desk staff were awesome, knowledgeable and professional. Their frame selection was really good and I found frames from the brand I like with no hassle. 5/5 for the front staff team. The store as a whole loses 2 points due to the horrible eye exam I experienced. Dr Albadawi showed up with awful onion breath that I had to suffer through. I asked him for a lower-level differential prescription for up close tasks where I don’t need 20/20 distance vision, something I’ve never had any issue getting from previous eye doctors, and he seemed completely perplexed by the request (and I never got it). On top of that, the script he wanted to write was completely blurry for me and I had to argue for several minutes with him to get him to just re-write my previous script from a superior eye doctor, as I do not trust any script written by Albadawi. 0/5 I honestly recommend anyone who got a script from him, you may want to go to another eye doctor for a second opinion. Thanks to my insistence I got my old script back, my glasses are fine and actually usable, and the prices were good and front desk staff extremely friendly. If I purchase glasses here again, I’d first get a script elsewhere (or confirmation that a different doctor could see me).

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
