- LOLiz O'Carroll6 days ago1.0I had an appointment @ noon and they were running late and ask me to fill out all paperwork and told me that they couldn’t find me so I call the provider and they say I was in their system. But they told they could see me no more to make another appointment. They were running late and at first they say they couldn’t find my insurance information but when I told I call they were able to find me. So them they ask me schedule for another time. If I could grate them 0 I would.
