- DDDustin DavesOct 25, 20241.0AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Was referred here over a year ago for a consultation because i was having upper GI issues. Dr Ravi walks in and says "we are doing a colonoscopy" let's schedule that. I said "wait I'm here for a consultation and thought we would start with at least an endoscopy" he said "no your chart days colonoscopy" and walks out while I'm talking with him. Terrible doctor and shouldn't be practicing medicine. I walked out of that office within 1 min of talking with him. Fast forward to current day and I'm trying to see another GI doctor but can't until they send their notes over to the new office. Its been 2 weeks and still no response from Ravi's office. I have been calling constantly and nobody will pick up the phone so i can speak with a human and confirm anything. Next step is to go down to the office since no other form of communication works with them. They are literally holding my health hostage with their inability to handle simple tasks. A 1 min visit with this doctor is preventing me from trying to find a solution to my stomach issues.

But let me tell you so far I am impressed; I checked in for my appointment and within a hour we were 100% done. Dr. Ravi listen's. He is a really nice person. Office people were helpful and kind.
