  Dr. Ravi is excellent; however, the staff has been consistently rude and condescending on multiple occasions. They have changed appointment times without notice, even leaving voicemails confirming a later time than originally scheduled. Then, upon arrival, they gaslight us by claiming we are early and give us a hard time, all because they are too busy.

  Rude office staff and long waits to be told to come back after a test that I was never given orders for. I'm done. One hour and twenty minute wait for a 9 am visit. How can they be that far behind? Over booking

  Unfortunately I can not give a lower rating. Unfortunately this is who my insurance uses. I had a procedure done last month. I was given the option of waiting for the doctor in the hospital or a in office visit. I chose to have an office appointment. I have not heard one thing from Dr. Ravi or his staff since I walked out of the hospital. Myself , my wife , and my nurse advocate have attempted many times to call with 0 response from them. Then I receive a letter from them about prepping for a procedure they are redoing. No discussion with me to see if I even want to do it again not to even check up on me. They simply scheduled the procedure and sent me instructions. Again we started calling again because 2 of the items they want me to take requires a prescription . I am supposed to start this prep on Sept 5th and still can not get a hold of anyone. This is who I am supposed to in trust my life to. A doctor who is so entitled he can't even take the time or have someone take the time to return at least 1 of the numerous calls that have been made to this office. So if you want to be ignored then this is the doctor for you

  Horrible man! This man doesn’t deserve a star! He laughed at me asked me a million questions and wouldn’t give me a chance to answer! I will not ever go back

  The worst attitude ever. This is his first thing he will say when he opens the door and comes in “what do you want from me,” He does not care about his patients Also whatever problems you have and you tell him about it, he will disregard it and brush it down the drain. Find a different doctor that will treat you with respect and shows that he/she cares about you. This guy is a joke
